DISABLE IN IMO STATE CAUSED HECTIC TRAFFIC OVER ALLEGED PAYMENT OF ALLOWANCE

Imo State Disable Association caused hectic traffic along Portharcourt road roundabout on October 23rd around 8am till 4pm. They refused to allow any vehicle to move.
They claimed they've not been paid their allowances since 2011. As of the time of this event no officials of the Imo State Government was around to speak to the aggrieved disable.
