FORMER ONDO STATE GOVERNOR, OLUSEGUN AGUGU BURIED

Former Governor of Ondo State, Dr. Olusegin Agugu, has been buried at about 4pm today, fridey 4th of October 2013, despite the plane crash that involve his corpse yesterday.
He was buried at his home town in Iju-odo in Okitipupa Local Government Area, Ondo State.
Earlier his burial rite commenced at Saint Paul Anglican Church amidst tight security.
There was also heavy presence of security at the country home of the late former Governor as well as the Manuwa Memorial Grammar School in Iju-Odo Civic Center both slated as the venue for the reception. The wake keeping was held yesterday as scheduled.
After the initial confusion that trailed Thursday's crash of an Associated Airline plane conveying the Dr. Olusegun Agugu casket, some family members and top Ondo state government officials, the family resolved to continue with the burial.
At least 13 persons died in the plane crash, while six while seriously injured.
