KATE HENSHAW TO RELEASE A WORKOUT DVD.

Kate Henshaw is a very active person in the gym, she barely misses a day in the gym except when she travels.
She is planing to release a workout DVD video similar to those in the market encouraging good exercising habits that can be done at home simply by following her instructional steps.
As part of her plan to promote this DVD late this month, she has been releasing sets of picture of her in the gym. We just hope the DVD  will contain new exercising routing that other DVD don't have or else it will be fruitless.
