WHAT GAME IS NOLLYWOOD SUPERSTAR, GENEVIEVE NNAJI UP TO?

A few days ago, Nollywood superstar, Genevieve Nnaji, posted a picture of herself on her instagram page relaxing and enjoying a drink.
The mother of one wore a wine- coloured top on a blue short skirt with a matching footwear. And on the picture inscribed, "Look like a game of  #spotthedifference." 
What difference is she spotting? and why did she upload this picture for all to see.
