POLITICAL FACE-OFF IN IMO STATE

Nigeria politics, where friends become foes, where families become strangers. This is no difference between these two friends, Governor of Imo state, Rochas Okorocha and Senator Chris Anyanwu, who are now in loggerhead.
I remember how Senator Chris used her station, Hot Fm 100.5 to destabilized all the crafty method devised  by the opposition party to ruin the gubernatorial election in Imo state.
The Debate on air, where people viewed their opinion, called the parties delegate and made their choice.  Now Governor of Imo state has cross carpet to APC, and knowing of the rumours that the Senator is interested in his seat, they became arch enemies. Lots of story flying in the air.
This is the one i think the Governor went too far, trying to demolish the building of the radio station "HOT FM 100.5" is taking the fight to the extreme. Owerri Capital Development Authority (OCDA) have marked the building of HOT FM for demolition saying it is an illegal structure, and it is not positioned according to the master plan of Imo state. Hmmmm.. Why should this be now, all this years it was legal, now it is illegal. Where this fight will take us to only time will tell. God will help us all come 2015, the way this politician are taken this things to, only God will save us.
Please Owelle, don't destroy Hot Fm for us, we love that station, it brought Imo state to the lime light, demolishing it is taking us back to where we left.
